VA YA NA MA SI MIND PROCESS
This information came from http://www.pillaicenter.com/..... At the beginning of 2010 at a special New Year's retreat on the beautiful island of Kauai in Hawaii, Dr. Pillai introduced a special quantum sound frequency which is suggested for daily use.
This special combination is:
VA YA NA MA SI (pronounced like English word "She")
This can be either recited in spoken form or said silently or written in handwriting on paper.
This can be written as Vayanamasi if someone is writing it.
Each syllable has special meanings:
Dr.Pillai says:
Sounds are the building blocks of energy of consciousness, energy and matter. Yogis believe in this thought or sound manifestation. Thought is a sound at a very subtle level. As soon as you think a thought or speak a word or sound, you create an electromagnetic field in the brain and in the body. Modern science explains this very well. A set of chemical reactions take place within the DNA. The yogis knew this science very well and the wisdom of mind matter connection. The chanting of the powerful sound frequency of VaYaNaMaSi will establish greater coordination between the microcosm and the macrocosm. The body/mind is the microcosm and the external environment of the 5 elements is the macrocosm. The sound will link the divine mind with the human mind. Va & Ya are air and ether and represent the divine mind. Na & Ma are earth and water and represent the human mind or elements. Si stands for fire and unites the air and ether with earth and water. Chanting VaYaNaMaSi has the ability to open the 3rd eye. Once the 3rd eye is open, you have the ability to intuit everything, see other planes not present in the 5 sense reality and have visions. You will also be able to create miracles.
You can put VaYaNaMaSi in your 3rd eye or chant the syllables in the corresponding chakra : (when chanting the syllables-draw the sound out the same way you would chant the sound Om)
VA is the sound of air energy. It contains the power of air. Without air we cannot live. Air sustains life. The yogis called this life-sustaining power of air "prana". Air is not considered "matter" as it is "invisible" to our eyes.
YA is the sound of space energy or ether or sky. This energy is more subtle.
These two sounds are placed at the beginning to give priority to air and space.
Dr. Pillai says if we vibrate with these two sounds we can evolve faster and do things faster.
However, if we only vibrate with air and space, our own material nature will be suppressed which is not desirable as we still live in a material world.
NA is the sound of earth energy which helps ground us.
MA is the sound of water energy which is fluid and purifying.
Vayanamasi is a formula.
The first unit VA YA brings the qualities of air and space right into NA, the earth and our current flesh and blood experience.
MA is water, and our body is said to be 70% water. So NA MA as the second unit of the formula infuses our physical experience with the air/space energies.
VAYA is one unit; NAMA is another unit.
SI (pronounced like English word "She") as the final element of the formula is the sound of fire energy. Fire is the link which seal the 2 units (VAYA and NAMA) together.
VAYA with air and ether/space represents our own spiritual or inner nature which is not material. NAMA with earth and water represents our own earthly nature which is material and physical.
Both of these experiences need to be combined for us to evolve in a balanced fashion. SI is the agent which does that as fire is between matter and spirit. Fire has a form, but it is not matter.Fire has a quality of what the yogis called in Sanksrit Arupa (formless form). You cannot catch fire, yet you can see it as it is not invisible.Fire is the element that is “in transition” between material and inner realities.So SI at the end of this formula is functioning to unite matter with spirit. It seals the two units together, in essence helping bring the power of inner energies into the material world.
A mind process technique that Dr. Pillai recommends is to say Vayanamasi into the pineal gland (also called 3rd eye area). Go on saying the sound gently while focusing on this area of the body.

“As a mystic and spiritual teacher, I have been involved with the Grace Light since times immemorial. I have incarnated on the earth many times as a saint or sage of nearly every religion to be a conduit for Grace Light to relieve the suffering of humanity.
In the earth’s long history, we have never known a time when human beings have experienced freedom. Embodiment has always been a constricting weight on the otherwise free spirit. Imprisoned in the body, the spirit loses knowledge of its own grandeur. Rather than identifying with its inherent divinity, the embodied spirit instead identifies with the physical body and the mind, both of which keep it in bondage. The body, while a source of pleasure, is also a source of physical discomfort, disease, aging, and eventually death. The mind is a victim to countless thoughts and is conditioned by limiting beliefs, emotions and behaviors. Pleasures attained through the senses, although soothing, are temporary.
It’s hard to deny these fundamental aspects of the human experience, and even harder still to deny their impact on our collective society. Currently we are in a terrible condition. Materialism has become the defining factor of our civilization. Material sciences, material technologies and material politics dominate the world today. Love has disappeared from the human heart individually and collectively. No lasting change is visible for the poor people who suffer without proper education, health care, housing and other basic necessities of life. We have become dehumanized and numb to their pleas, hoarding resources for our survival and prepared to destroy our own race for selfish motives. This selfishness permeates our businesses, schools, politics and unfortunately even our religions. It is a shame that religion instead of uniting us has come to divide us.
What is the solution? We need to embody more light. Embracing more light will allow us to evolve beyond our current limited consciousness and to recognize ourselves as unlimited spirits. Both our bodies and minds have to change. The limited intelligence that we acquire through human sciences and technologies are simply going to take too long — a few centuries at best – to lead us to any meaningful change or freedom. Our only real hope is to look deeper for the essential divinity within us, evolving the human body-mind to hold greater levels of light. Awakening compassion, love and divine intelligence on a collective scale is the only way to find permanent solutions to our problems.
This is the phenomenon of Grace Light. Grace Light is the light of God. It is invisible to the human eyes but visible to sages, prophets, messiahs, angels and other high beings. Grace Light has incredible intelligence and energy to know and do everything. Grace Light is the self-effulgent light of the Divine within us – compassionate and intelligent. Grace light is not the light of the sun or any physical light. It is the explosive energy within the atom. It is an inner light more brilliant and powerful than lightening and can strike you at any time. It is the almighty power of God.
Until now, God has remained an intellectual concept believed by the pious, rejected by atheists and largely ignored by scientists and technologists. However, regardless of belief, Grace Light is going to take us all by surprise. It will change everyone across the board. It will bring humanity as a whole into a new level of awakened existence.
Does Grace Light belong to a particular God or a particular religion? No, Grace Light belongs to the nameless, formless Universal God. The God of Grace Light is the same as the Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Native American, and Mayan Gods, as well as the Gods of all other religions. Each religion conceives of God through the lens of their traditions and cultures. Remember that nearly every tradition associates God with Light. They also anticipate the messiah or God to come and rescue the world. Now is the time that God in the form of Grace Light will ignite the heart of humanity and create a global shift into love.
Once it is transmitted, Grace Light will do its work in a miraculous way. It will transform the body, mind and the soul. On the physical level, there will be significant healing of diseases and enhancement of energy levels. The mind will receive greater intelligence as dormant parts of the brain awaken. Old behaviors, emotions and limiting beliefs will start to dissolve, giving you access to deeper inner wisdom. Clairaudience and clairvoyance will become more common. The most important impact of Grace Light, however, is its ability to transform the Heart. Initiates will for the first time feel God’s love and understand what the sacred heart is. The flowering of the heart will result in loving relationship with everyone you come in contact with. Heart sorrow will miraculously dissolve and there will be an enhanced enthusiasm about the world and life in general.

Dr. Pillai says: Do not be lethargic. You must learn about money, power and energy. Lakshmi energy = royal, with direction and purpose. Be focused: chant SHREEM BRZEE. Energy of poverty is anti-life. Become money-minded. Money gives you independence and you can help others. Use SHREEM BRZEE. SHREEM BRZEE. The mantra “Shrim” or Shreem is the seed sound for the principle of abundance. The sound frequency invokes the archetype of Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth. If one says “shrim” a hundred times, a certain increase in the potentiality of the sayer to accumulate abundance is achieved. If one says “shrim” a thousand times or a million, the result is correspondingly greater.
Abundance can take many forms. There is prosperity, to be sure, but there is also peace as abundance, health as wealth, friends as wealth, enough food to eat as wealth, and a host of other kinds and types of abundance which may vary from individual to individual and culture to culture. It is at this point that the intention of the sayer begins to influence the degree of the kind of capacity for accumulating wealth which may accrue.
The mantra Brzee requests wealth, a vanquishing of scarcity consciousness. The concept invoked is that of what the mind conceives and believes, is achieved. The universe reflects the deep mind’s belief, and the mantra beseeches the deep mind to reward, to bestow wealth on others and self. Dr. Pillai says Bzree is the ultimate sound for attracting prosperity and wealth. It attracts positive opportunities to you.
