Take a few deep breaths before you begin and center
yourself.
Know that you are safe and protected as you are
surrounded by loving forces of the highest purest most
sanctified Light of our Creator.
Taking a deep breath in,
fill your lungs with golden light , now connect your heart
into your third eye, connecting your third eye to your soul
star, connecting your soul star into to your monad, your
monad to your oversoul , then connecting into the heart of
our Creator and , push that connection deep into your
Creator's heart and you breathe it out.
Taking a deep breath
in, you are connected to the heart of our Creator, now allow
all of that divine love to pour back down through your oversoul, your monad, your soul star, your third eye, and
back into your beautiful loving heart, and push it in as you
breath out.
Now breathing in, take all that loving energy
and breathe it in into the body of Mother Earth, deep into
her 78 levels of being, feel your feet sliding below the
ground and becoming roots and breathe that out.
Breathing in
take all that grounding energy into our planetary
crystalline grids, surrounding all lightworkers in golden
pyramids of light and all animals and creatures in golden
pyramids of light.
See these pyramids of light linked
together by golden rays of light forming a large golden
pyramid around Mother Earth and breathe that out.
Asking
your earth star to move under your feet and breath in,
pulling all of the energy from the earth into your earth
star.
As you breathe out, push all of that energy deep into
your earth star. Now breathing in, pull all of that earth
energy into your heart and push it deep into your heart as
you breathe it out.
Now say this, I choose and intend to be
connected to every person (physical and non physical),
place, thing, creature, all kingdoms, all experiences,
situations, circumstances, moments, thoughts and feelings,
for the highest and greatest good, best spiritual choice,
highest awareness and highest intentions, breathing in.....
from my heart to their heart, my third eye to their third
eye, my soul star to their soul star, my monad to their
monad, my oversoul to their oversoul straight into the heart
of our Creator Source, and take a deep breath out pushing
that connection deep into our Creator Source.
Breathing in,
push this connection, deep into your heart, and breathe out,
pushing deeper into your heart. Breathing into your heart
and breathing out, push this connection into your right
hand, your left hand, in front of you, behind you, above you
and so below you, within you and so without you, and
decree.......I am connected to the one-ness of all that is.
I am stepping forward into the one-ness of who I am.
