Instructions for before your session and after your session:
Please drink more water than usual the day before your session and the days following your session.
You are purifying your system and this helps, hydrate, cleanse and detoxify you.

I lay down on my bed, with my stones and crystals in place. I relaxed my body, opening my crown and filling my body with light. I said a prayer of protection to God and then began to clear my mind and space.
Physically, my crown was more active than any other spot on my body.
Within a couple of minutes I got the sensation of many people filing into my bedroom. They were all dressed in ceremonial robes. By my left side was a beautiful woman, very saintly and pure in her energy. She smiled at me and placed one hand over my hands and the other over my heart. I also felt Poppy on my right side and the little girl on my bed to my right with him. She was very excited.
The chanting of the “people” began and then stopped.
The head figure, masculine in energy and wearing a very tall headdress of crystals, parted the semicircle of “people” and stepped forward. He lifted from the ground and floated over me until we were eye to eye. He said that this preparation would open all channels needed for my awakening. “The Earth will meet the sky, and the Sun will meet the Moon.” I got the feeling it was opening the four cardinal directions or all elemental directions. He went back to his position.
At this point, in my mind, unprovoked, I began to say a prayer of opening and a request to receive. I don’t know where the words came from.
Today, I wish to receive my gifts on a conscious level. I wish to return to my truest form- A Seer of Truth, a Healer of Light, a Live-r of Love. A return to the Godlight, living in service to God.
I then sent out a request to see my life.
Colonial times in Early America-mid 1800’s- a mid-wife and caretaker, no husband and no children of my own. Although loved by many whom I took care of, I died alone of natural causes.
Empire period/Revolution- Early 1700’s France- Born into a privileged family, much wealth. No regard for others and my first and only concern was myself and my needs. I was what they would have called a “tarte” and was addicted to sex. I died fairly young of a venereal disease.
Daughter of an Indian Chief (time unknown)- Was washing linens/dressings in the river and was shot through the heart with an arrow. I was the repercussion of a land battle between two tribes. The chief of the enemy tribe shot me as a final warning to my father that we should move off the land that they want or it is war.
Mideval Times-Early 1000’s- A King- I see myself as a huge man wearing robes of luxurious fur, a gold crown and a tall gold fork as my scepter. A character right out of Beowulf. I am looking out on to my land with measured pride. I feel ambivalent. There are dragons there. I die of a lung condition.
This one is unclear- I could not see a clearly human form and received the word “Neptune”.
Atlantis- High Priestess/Main Healer in community- I wear my hair piled high on my head which is encased in a crystal crown that comes down around my temples and cheeks. I look human but not, semi translucent, my flesh a sparkling pearl color. I wear a giant heart shaped crystal around my neck, which could be sapphire or just the color of sapphire. I am called to the great hall where there is a man who is crippled. Four others approach to assist with the healing. I can see through the man’s legs, into the muscles, bones and joints. Once I assess what could be wrong, I remove the crystal from my neck and place it into the man’s hands, which he holds over his solar plexus. An apparition is shimmering by the opposite side of the crystal table that he is laying on. As it comes into focus it is him, but his higher self energy. He reaches out and takes the hand of his higher self, and then I take the other hand of the higher self. I channel the energy of the two joined and into the man’s physical body which begins to heal.
Fairie?- A tiny wink of light that moves as fast and nimble as a hummingbird. No sense of body, but I did catch a glimpse of fiery red hair.
Prehistoric- Historian-I see myself by firelight, painting the walls of a cavern or cave. I am a younger man.
At this time I am called back to the room, and the woman is still by my side. My third eye at this point becomes incredibly prominent; I can feel it “pulling” between my eyes. Suddenly I feel the need to open my eyes. I look at the clock and it has been exactly 30 mins.
I am still experiencing the sensation in my third eye. I was pulled to bring the stones/crystals from my activation into my office and place them in a circle around my white sage candle. I pulled a stick of rose incense and lit it from the candle. I smoked each crystal and then left the incense to burn. It felt right, but I have no idea the significance.
A record of day one....very interesting to say the least.
I have always wanted a past life regression! It appears I received one, lol.
Although I would love some clarification on the various stages of life.....lessons, etc. Perhaps more will be revealed.
Golden Key Activation- Preparation by opening additional Channels- Day 2

My dog Jack joined me today for the activation. He stayed still and quiet by my side for the entire half hour, which is not like him at all!
I began the same way as yesterday, asking a prayer of protection and the request to receive the activation.
After a few deep breaths and relaxing my body, I began to clear my mind.
I found myself in an incredible garden. So many colors and textures. For a moment I glimpsed myself with delicate wings and pointy ears, and then it was gone. From the perimeter of the garden, a tiger steps from the wooded glen and comes toward me. I ask him where my lion guide is and he replies that he is my escort today.
I climb upon his back and I suddenly notice that my tiger has wings! We enter the woods.
I become aware as we go into the woods, a physical sensation on the left side of my head, just above my head along my hairline. A tapping sensation….which progresses into a tingling sensation that went into my skull and down into my temple. I was mildly aware of a “technician” working there. Not unpleasant at all, just there.
I am brought back into my visual mediation as we move toward an oasis within the woods, which turns into more of a jungle setting. Parvati and Lakshmi are waiting there for me. They invite me to join them on the bank of this pond or oasis, and sit between them. We sit palm to palm and begin to chant, “Kleem Shreem Brzee”. I am aware of the animals everywhere. Monkeys, Giraffe, Elephants, Water Buffalo, even a Hippo.
An elephant emerges from the trees and takes a place to our left a few feet away. This is Lord Ganesha, I am sure of it. Another voice, but still my own, layers into the existing chant, with “Gummmm.” We proceed to chant and a Cobra approaches me. It crawls into my lap and coiled and begins to dance a bit. Suddenly it strikes my left knee, then my right, then turns to face me and strikes at my heart chakra. It stays in place and appears to drink from my heart chakra. When it is finished, it releases its bite and closes its eyes, coils back in my lap, sways for a moment and then slides up my body and coils around the top of my head.
At this time, Parvati and Lakshmi rise and pull me up with them and walk me into the water. There are lotus’ everywhere! As we walk in, they push me under until I am fully immersed. I arise from the water with a lotus in my hands. I walk up to Lord Ganesha and present the lotus. A monkey brings a coconut, which I recognize as my opportunity to ask to be delivered and reborn from my karma. I give Ganesha gratitude and bow deeply and he picks up the coconut with his trunk and smashes it on a tree stump in front of him. Parvati and Lakshmi pick up the two halves and pour the milk over my head. I then pull meat from the coconut and feed it to Ganesha.
Lakshmi and Parvati merge into one being, and I am aware now that Shiva is present within as well. We sit on the bank again and I ask her where we are. She replied that we were in a place where all things meet- spiritual, animal, human primal, nature, Earth and all of our planets. Aligned with all of the planets is very important.
She touched my third eye and gave me a jeweled Bindi to wear. She said it was time for me to go. The tiger came to me and I climbed onto his back. We left the oasis with one look back at its rich beauty and all the animals. Parvati waves and then bows.
I am back in the garden now and Gabriel is waiting with a white winged horse. As I climb on to the horse, it becomes a unicorn. We take flight into the sky and become a constellation of stars.
I am pulled back to the present, aware of my body. The tapping occurs again and then fades. I am then aware again of the group in my room, except directly at my feet is Lord Ganesha, flanked by Parvati and Lakshmi. With a mighty trumpet, he blows with his trunk over my body. Suddenly the Cobra appears at my feet and slithers up to my chest and enters through my heart chakra and the energy proceeds into my head.
They then fade and the Arcturians come more into focus again. There is a short closing, a blessing by the woman to my left who I know believe to be Mother Mary, and then everyone filed out.
The tingling remains in the left side of my head, as well as my third eye, similar to yesterday. I followed the same ritual as yesterday, lining my stones/crystals in a circle around my White Sage candle but lit Amber incense today.
Golden Key Activation- Preparation by opening additional Channels- Day 3

Today was uneventful except for the fact that every dog in the neighborhood, including my Daschund, decided to bark through my activation period. Although I did not bring my other dog onto the bed with me today, like I did yesterday, he absolutely insisted that he be a part of it. He puzzled on it, crying, trying to figure out a way to get up with me. I sent him the image of jumping from the bench at the end of the bed to get up, and sure enough within a minute or two, that is what happened. He settled in with me for the rest of the period.
Despite all of the noise and distractions, I was able to get quite relax. Today, I experienced flashes of images. There seemed to be a concentration of energy around my third eye and heart again.
I saw myself in my heart space holding my Lemurian seed crystal, but it was huge, like the size of a grapefruit. It floated up from my hands and sent a beam of light into my chest, and I received a beam of light from above into my crown.
I then saw myself as a flat black silhouette, with my third eye glowing and my heart glowing. Around me, three layers of light- white, then green, then blue.
Flashes of ritualistic locations- some non-descript, I just got a feeling.

- Flash of a mountain range with the moon rising above
- Flash of Stonehenge, with hooded figures entering into the center through each of the “doorways”. There was a young woman laying on the platform in the center, and every figure seemed to be wearing a mask.
- Hooded figures walking up a hillside in the middle of the night
I knew each of these scenes was at night because it was all black silhouettes against a glowing indigo sky.
Vaguely aware of the Trinity with me again.
Whomever was at my feet was flanked by a lion and a tiger. Both climbed up onto the bed with me to lay on either side of me. Lion on my right and Tiger on my left.
At one point I got a flash of someone to my left, scanning my body with some kind of crystal wand.
At the end, there was some discussion. I got the feeling that everyone had left with the exception of two people. They were having a conversation, pacing a bit. I felt as if there was indecision as to if I was finished. It was like doctors consulting on a difficult diagnosis.
Today, I used Lavender to clear my crystals. I also had to call on the assistance of the Fire Spirits to keep my candle lit. Until I did that it kept snuffing out on me. As I sit here typing this, it is still burning bright!
Note: I have been incredibly tired. Very difficult to get out of bed in the mornings. Feeling generally happy and light, however having trouble focusing and getting motivated.
I have also experienced an increase in mucus. My nose is running a lot. I have been very thirsty, which I expected.
Also- a thing occurred that felt somewhat significant to me. I received an order from my jewelry site, and the buyer purchased two bracelets. These bracelets were, hands down, the items on the site that I was convinced would NEVER sell. They had the least amount of interest.
This is very symbolic to me, from a karma perspective. Obstacles are showing movement!
Golden Key Activation- My Day of Awakening- 1/27/11
My appointment with Jacqui began at about 4:15pm. I was in place with my crystals and laying upon my codes for the activation. Before we could begin, the Arcturian team requested one additional crystal for grounding and a direct connection with Mother Earth, they called it the Earth Star crystal.
After retrieving the one that felt best, I got back into position.
